A big welcome back to all of those long standing exhibitors and a warm welcome to all of the new suppliers as this may be your first expo with us.
We are celebrating our 34th showcase and it is going to be amazing. We are excited to be getting back to doing what we all love so much. With the industry settling back into more weddings once again we are looking forward to all the new suppliers. We have so many exciting things scheduled for the day, everyone will love it!
We have put together a guide for general information for the Showcase so you can get a feel for the day and the marketing inclusions and what we need from you to help you get the very best brand exposure for your business.
WEDDING EXPO TIMELINE
LOOKING YOUR BEST
Consider the size of the stand that you have booked and what you are going to display. Our booths have tables and chairs included with white or black table cloths.
Black backing boards that can be pinned to or Velcro strips can be used. If you are thinking of hanging things you can purchase S hooks from Bunnings in the gardening centre or any of the discount stores.
Backing Boards are 2 meters high (depth 25mm) and each panel is 1 metre wide. Therefore if you book a 3 metre stand you will have three panels. Each booth is free standing so this allows plenty of room to chat with couples and still allow people to look at your stand.
Please let us know on your final details forms if you don’t require the standard furniture.
By creating a welcoming space brides will get an immediate feel for your company.

SHOWBAG OPTION
Show stopping show bags...
If you would like to put your marketing material in the show bags, we are happy to do this at no additional charge.
We just need up to 200 brochures delivered to the Cloud Nine Wedding Shop by Monday 10th June 2024.
Brochures must be in by this day to be included our showroom will be open from 9-4pm for you to drop them off. This is a great way to ensure that every bride gets your information and any special offers.
Be creative and make your show bag item stand out from the crowd. Previously a company wrapped two sparklers with a note saying “let us make your wedding day sparkle” think outside the square and show brides how amazing your company is.
Having a great special offer will encourage them to give you a call after the showcase! We had a photographer who was very new and wanted to really get into the industry quickly and gave away FREE engagement shots - she had over twenty couples book in for the free engagement shoot but was then able to convert more than 50% into wedding bookings. The couples got to know her and felt comfortable after their shoot and did not hesitate to book her for the wedding day.

MARKETING INFORMATION
We want you to get the best experience from our Showcase so we include a number of other marketing opportunities to get you in front of wedding couples. Please feel free to send the following items so we can get to work marketing your business.
These include the following:
- Images for social media use 3-5 images for us to use to promote your services online. Making sure they are great images (professional ones are preferred) because blurry bad images just don't sell your business. We will find images on socials but you know your business best and what you would like to see promoted.
- Your social media account names for Facebook and Instagram
- If you have a special offer or some great feedback from a wedding client please send it through so we can share it. this can happen after the show - we will continue to promote your business.
We will start working on the final details two weeks before and we'll send you another email to get your exact needs for your stand and show bag information.
- Final details form with your stand requirements
- Prize details form with any information on prizes you may be giving away on the day
